LeadMagicX Tutorial - FAQs - What if I don’t see the LeadMagicX icon?

A) Make sure you are logged in to LeadMagicX.
Sometimes the browser logs you out automatically and you'll have to log back in.
Please check that Messenger is open in your Chrome browser. It will not work with the Messenger Desktop App.

B) Refresh the page
On a Windows-based computer, press the F5 function key or Ctrl + R on the keyboard or click on the Refresh icon that is an arrow that forms a circle that is located to the left of the address bar.
On a Mac, press Command + R on the keyboard
On a Chromebook, press Ctrl + R or the Refresh button on the top row of the keyboard. It looks like a circular arrow , similar to the Refresh button icon in an Internet browser
Please note: The first time the page loads, the LeadMagicX icon may take a few seconds to show up. After the first time, it'll show up immediately.

C) Restart your Chrome browser
Close all windows and open Chrome again.


D) Restart your computer or laptop


E) Make sure your disk has enough space
You might need to free up disk space on your computer’s hard drive to help it run effectively.
